Taylor's Wedding

My friend Taylor got married this weekend at Delaney Vinyard in Grapevine. It was a beautiful location and this venue has a grape stomping event in August for anyone interested!

Here are some pictures from the wedding.

Dancing to Boom Boom Pow (ha!)

The other day, Steel was rustling around in the pantry. I sneaked around the corner (camera in hand) to see what she was up to and this is what I found.

Noice her bushy tail! She was scared and couldn't get out of the paper towel bag. HA!

Here are pictures of my cute little neice, Marlee!

Did I Ever Tell You You're My Hero

A couple of nights ago, the Funniest Man I know sang me "Wind Beneath My Wings" by Bette Midler.

He flapped his wings elegantly in the air. It was beautiful.

Cross Cheer 2009

17 Girls accepted Christ into their heart this summer at Cross Cheer Camps!

Romans 10:9
If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and BELIEVE in your hear that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved!

The funniest man I know is also the sweetest man I know.

He went to Seattle this weekend and left me this on our kitchen counter before leaving.

Sour Patch Kids always bring a smile to my FACE!

Strapped for time and need a birthday cake on-the-g0?
Here's an alternative to baking a cake; let Mrs. Baird pile on the fun with a powdered donut birthday cake.
It's easy to serve and FACEs will smile :)

Rollasoles & Afterheels

To all my late night dancing, high-heeled wearing friends, here's a very creative trend on it's way to the US that will help you FACE the music with comfy feet. Introducing Rollasoles. They come in four colors: Hi Ho Silver, Gold Differ, Back to Black and Pink.

Out in The Wild

The funniest man I know's mom gave him a whistle to scare off wild animals so they wouldn't attack us on the mountains in Estes Park.

I couldn't pass up posting this hilarious FACE.

Top Ten Things I Learned in Estes Park

#10 Everytime the Rockies score, the fountains go off at the ball park

#9 There may be absolutely no fish in their lakes

#8 One of the oldest theaters in the US resides in Estes Park

#7 It hails at 3pm in the middle of a beautiful cloudy day

#6 Watch your backpack; there are little thiefs running around everywhere

#5 There aren't many port-a-potties on the mountain

#4 The marmots are ugly

#3 The ants are HUGE

#2 There's still snow on the mountains in 70 degree weather

#1 Driving an orange rental car attracts lots of funny FACEs

I'm scared of squirrels (hence the awkward FACE),

The funniest man I know has them eating out of his hand.

Brandon Rhyder, Best TX Country

Let's FACE It, DFW Sports Nerd spoke correctly when stating that Brandon Rhyder is on of the best TX country artists out there... (ok, I'm a little partial since my husband is the author of that posting)

We went to the Brandon Rhyder concert at Gilley's two weeks ago and he put on a great concert. Check out his music and support this rising TX musician.

Corny Humor

I love corny jokes.

Here's the best I've got in my line up...

Q: What kind of bees produce milk?

Q: Why did the blonde bring a ladder to the party?
A: She heard drinks were on the house.

Q: What do you call and illegally parked frog?
A: Toad

Q: What do you call a cow that won't produce milk?
A: A Milk Dud

Put a smile on my FACE and tell me your funny joke!

Best Mexican Food in Tyler, TX

I ate at Mercados in Tyler, TX last weekend for my friend Taylor's bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. The homemade tortillas brought a smile to my FACE.

It's easily one of my favorite Mexican food places now!

Estes Park, Here We Come

Kyle and I are headed to Estes Park for the 4th of July. I got my hiking boots and opted out of the expensive North FACE gear - I'm a mountain rebel.

Here's Kyle at Estes Park in 2008!
